yarn along

In the midst of preparing for our final move into our permanent abode (yay!) amongst jumping through hoops to get the Montana farmette sold, homeschooling, getting the Sprouts started with music lessons, and so on, I’ve managed to do some knitting and absolutely no reading!  Well, I’ve actually been reading a lot but it hasn’t been my book.  I’ve been pouring through books and websites on home schooling, child development, education philosophies, and international educational research studies.  Alas, I had to renew The Tipping Point today at the library and have brazen ambitions to dash through it before Monday which is the day we occupy the house.  The baby blanket for our dear friends will hopefully be done in time as long as the little guy sticks to his January 6 due date!  I love the softness of the yarn and the variegated pattern is very forgiving.  I hope that he likes it!  (I’m sharing this at Yarn Along today if you’d like to pop on over and visit Small Things.)
